    Default Lost everything on update

    I have written to support for resolution. The ‘Bugs’ forum is locked. I am owed real money back for what I have lost. What are the options here? Anyone had any successful resolutions from support? Is this site moderated at all?

    File a complaint at the App Store/Google Play, get a refund. They won't restore anything in your game(items), at the most give you your gems if even possible.

    Please do look for information about the gameplay first on the Merge Dragons Wiki, many questions are answered there, in order for you to get faster response(and others not waste time pointing it out). Those who are not willing to look anything up, don't get very empathic responses from my end.
