Thread: No response from support

    Default No response from support

    I wrote to support on October 30 about several problems with my game which are making it virtually impossible for me to play. The only response I have received is an automated message saying they had received my help request and it was being reviewed by the support staff. I have not heard anything else from them and my game still isn't fixed. I have cleared so much land and have so many dragons that I don't really want to uninstall and reinstall the game if it can be fixed. I've read posts on here from players who are having the same problems as I am and they were also having trouble getting a response from support. Who can I contact to get my game fixed? Apparently support is too busy to help me.

    Me too. Super mad as I also paid 6.99 for the expansion pack and the game crashed, took payment and now relocated the area. Merge dragons support please help here
